- Cash on delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your order arrives at your door. No prepayment or card is needed. Online payments (eSewa, Khalti) are coming soon.
- Where does Sampurna Store deliver?
- We deliver across the Kathmandu Valley: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. Orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days, and delivery is free on orders over NPR 3,000.
- Can I return a product?
- Yes. Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us through the website or WhatsApp and we'll arrange the pickup.
- Are the products genuine?
- Yes. Every bag, wallet, cap, and belt is sourced directly from brand representatives, and each product page shows real photos and full details before you order.
